Found a letter from him to [[Edward Gavigan]] in London demanding the return of a bust as "a gesture of goodwill" in the "Great Endeavor"

Mentioned in [[Robert Huston]]'s Gods of Reality manuscript found in [[Cuncudgerie]].  Said to be a servant of [[Nyarlathotep]], but stunted in his understanding.  He has supposedly had countless lives and is one of the oldest involved in the cult.

[[Jack Brady]] ran into him when the expedition was there and also believes that Omar is in charge of the cult in Cairo.

He sends [[Alister Trimble]] to meet us when we appear in [[Cairo]] and brings us back to his mansion to offer us anything in return for not meddling in his affairs.
