Doctor indicates that he has had a dream with the Egyptian hoodlum Nyarlethotep. Same imagery as the initial inpatient interview with Roger.

It looks like that by this time Dr. Huston has lost all connection with other medical people and has surrounded himself with Roger Carlyle's friends.

Dr. getting worried he might end up in the clink.
